The staff in the office is so nice and accommodating Brandon is a wonderful face of that apartment and he cares about the concerns and fix it right away. I would tell anybody to Move here. "I have resided at Avenue 33 Apartments for three years, and unfortunately, my experience has been consistently disappointing. With multiple property managers coming and going, the situation only seems to worsen with each new manager. Despite the attractive palm trees that adorn the complex, this gated community is far from idyllic. The front gate is perpetually broken, compromising the promised security. The pool has never been open during my entire stay, rendering it an unusable amenity. The gym area is unclean, with a broken security door that can be easily bypassed. It is also infested with giant water bugs, making it an incredibly unpleasant environment. The overall cleanliness of the property is lacking, with trash constantly littering the premises. The trash compactor is consistently disgusting and fails to contain the waste effectively. Additionally, the water pipes burst every winter like clockwork, leaving residents without water on numerous mornings. Even though the maintenance team attempts to address these issues, they often leave gaping holes in the walls without bothering to patch them up. What's more, Avenue 33 Apartments has raised prices without making any significant improvements or repairs to the units. It is evident that resident satisfaction takes a backseat to profit. Furthermore, a distressing incident of gun violence resulting in a fatality occurred within the complex, but management failed to report it to the residents, raising serious concerns about transparency and resident safety. In summary, despite the appealing palm trees, living at Avenue 33 Apartments has been nothing short of a nightmare. The revolving door of property managers, broken amenities, poor maintenance, lack of security, and management's negligence regarding resident well-being make it an unsuitable place to call home. I strongly advise considering other housing options that prioritize resident satisfaction and uphold their promises of a quality living environment."

"This is a place to stay when you have exhausted all other options. These apartments are absolutely TRASH!! Lived here over a year and there has been 3-4 different management companies. Not one have been adequate pr able to do their job properly. The gate NEVER works, the pool have NEVER been in use, the fitness room equipment is broken every other week. They take literally MONTHS to complete work orders if they even come at all. There are roaches is every single unit they do not do pest control often at all no matter how many times you complain. Water has been messed up for months, AC unit broken in the middle of the summer for months before they even tried to fix. After months and multiple failed attempts to fix they tell us we have to move to a different unit. Then when we get to the new unit their is a water pressure issue they have no fixed. THESE ARE TERRIBLE APARTMENT'S"

"Save your time and money! I’m a few days shy of being here a full month and I’m regretting it already. They advertise luxury apartments but it’s anything but. The model unit I toured was decent but the unit they ended up giving me isn’t the same. $1600+ for 2 bedroom unit that has cheap carpet, beige paint, worn out bathtubs, cracks in the walls, peeling bathroom vanities, old electric sockets with most non functioning, oh and did I forget to mention the roaches. The over the range microwave went out the first week I was here. I’ve put in 2 maintenance requests and spoken to the office numerous times with promises to have someone come check it out and still nothing. There’s always trash scattered in front of my building, it’s supposed to be a gated community but that’s a joke also. Seeing as everyone either tailgates through or squeezes around the side of the arm due to it being to short to block. I moved here with high hopes but I don’t see myself renewing my lease or referring anyone to move here. I should have taken heed with all the trouble I had signing my lease. They switched my unit number and move in date 3 times and then when I decided I was ready to look else where they magically had the original unit they gave me available. I can tell they put little to no effort into preparing it for me once the last tenant left. Especially in what would’ve been less than a day."
