Kenya os so personable and humble she goes out her way to make it right. After my car was vandalized in the parking lot Kenya made sure I wasn't stressed about my rent. She's truly the BEST."

"I work at this property as a vendor and its always a pleasure stopping by. The ladies in the front office are very friendly and helpful and the maintenance team is ready to assist whenever I need it. I highly recommend this complex. They keep it well maintained and clean for the residents."

"DO NOT LEASE APT 511! We couldn’t sleep in our own bedroom the three months we were here due to the constant jumping, screaming and especially running! They’ll throw things on the ground on purpose, randomly jump causing loud bangs. After multiple times they’ve kindly been asked by the office to be CONSIDERATE (not sure if she knew what that means) they continue to purposely do what they want. Can’t forget the baby daddy drama... You’ll have four cops blocking your driveway just to have the spouse come back two days later after a “restraining order.” Chasing each other in their vehicles and leaving the kids to chase after them. Banging on the front door at 2 AM and hearing them cuss at each other. They are really a sore eye for the community … Set aside from that awful experience, the office managers are VERY kind and VERY patient! They helped us get out from the lease and away from our “special upstair neighbor.” The community and pool is VERY clean, I loved being able to walk around the complex without worrying. Our other neighbors were so nice and stopped to say hi to us every time. Especially the location with Walmart and other stores being close by. They’ll send Notifications whenever something was needed to be done, free breakfast sometimes and even little “get togethers” for neighbors to get to know each other. Thank you for the patience and understanding Kenya and Phyllis! You guys are amazing for listening to us and always making sure we were okay, you guys are amazing!"

"This is going to be a bit long because I have a lot to say. I lived Villas at Hampton for over a year. During that time I’m not sure but I think it changed management. Let me explain the care and even love that I received from this new management team was above and beyond anything I could have ever expected. Namely Ms. Phyllis and Ms. Kenya. These two ladies were integral in lifting me up working with me and never making me feel ashamed. I love them both with my whole heart. If I hadn’t been reassigned to a new area I would have stayed as long as they were there. I thank you two beautiful ladies with your beautiful hearts. I hope whoever moves into my unit at 115 is as blessed as I was to live there."

"Currently live out here and 0/10 would not recommend. Been staying here for over a year and not once have they tried to pressure wash the apartments they are filthy for the price. On Christmas 2022 my locks froze up notified maintenance and was told they could not come out and was advised to call Locksmith (extra money) on top of expensive rent. Locksmith couldn’t come out so I had to kick my door down because clearly I wanted to be home on Christmas and had nowhere else to go. Notified the leasing office and not once did they try to fix my door. Bug issue is bad. Paid my rent water was not added had to pay a processing fee twice because I was notified to pay my remaining balance that was not on the account in the first place. Do your research people before moving in these apartments."
