Jodie was friendly accommodating and beyond patient in helping us secure the perfect place for my mother in law. I can’t wait until she can call this home as I know she will be safe and in beautiful surroundings with top notch amenities."

"I just moved to Maa Chastain and I am pleased with the help I received from Evie at the leasing office. She helped me throughout the whole application process and while touring the property; She was very attentive and genuine, and went the extra mile for me, so I could apply and get approved without much complication."

"I am going on my 4th year of living here and it’s progressively gotten worse with each year. For starters, when I first moved in it was only $1050 and now I’m paying $1450 per month, so rent increases about $100 each year. Next maintenance will enter your apartment even if you specifically state you do not allow them access if you are not home. Because of this I bought a ring doorbell and an Alexa with a camera for inside. Lastly to my current issue, which is an apartment wide issue, parking. They do not have enough parking spaces for all residents and when I went to the office to ask for a solution, Evie offered no resolution. If you get to the complex too late and there and no spots, you are forced to park on a curb with is a towing zone. There is an option to pay for the parking garage (which is free for all new residents right now) but if you’ve been there 4 years they don’t value loyalty. They also put a sticker on the window of my car that I had to get professionally cleaned. The 2 stars are for Marcus in the front office who I love and then the crew that does the landscaping, they keep the grounds looking great!"

"Just walking into the leasing office alone was amazing. Sabrina took great care of me as we toured the property. May be my home very soon. Update: Welcome Home! Sabrina transitioned to another MAA location and still facilitated my move from a distance. Evie, Jodie, and Mark have all been phenomenal in making sure my move went smoothly. They also pick up the phone. This place is beautiful and amazing."
