"Stacey really makes it fun and tries to do as much as he can for the residents! They grill out, have parties for us with food, tonight we are at a Super Bowl party and the energy is great! We have lots of food and a big screen and projector to watch the game. Everyone is having the best time. I really enjoy this community. It’s quiet, safe, and Stacey really cares about his residents. He always speaks whenever you see him and we love living here!"

"UPDATE: I'm giving 5 stars now because I had the tour yesterday and it was wonderful. I gave them another chance based on the response to my review below. I called and spoke to David who was very apologetic and he personally scheduled the appointment for me. He let me know he would not be in the office the day of my tour but his colleague Stacy will be available. Stacy called me while I was on my way and was very friendly and apologetic as well. I got there and his professionalism was outstanding. He was very courteous and patient. He explained pricing, the availability and answered my questions thoroughly. The tour was very successful. Beautiful apartment that feels like home. Thank you very much Stacy and David for the good work. Keep it up! INITIAL POST Very disappointed. I scheduled a tour for 3:15pm on Saturday. 2 hours before my appointment, i received a reminder email. I got to the gate at 2:50pm and called several times but nobody picked up. I waited at the gate for good 15 minutes and kept calling. I was hoping that someone could at least follow up the next day to check on why "I didn't show up" so I could let them know what happened. I guess they don't need new tenants.. it's a shame."

"I recently moved to town from Arizona with my baby and wanted a safe location. I was recommend Azalea springs and so glad I moved to this complex . Luz Paz has been nothing but amazing when moving in and anytime I come to the front office she always talks. Everyone in the office is super sweet, helpful, and so welcoming. The maintenance team here is also a blessing and such an amazing group, Luis has always been super friendly and so thoughtful when helping or needing something . I love how he always thinks of my son when doing maintenance work in my unit if needed . Thank you to the Azalea for being such a welcoming community. The location is centralized to everything you may need as well."

"I recently moved into a 1 bedroom Dogwood Suite at Azalea Springs and am glad I did. Stacy my leasing agent was so helpful finding me just the right apartment for my needs. He made all the complicated lease stuff easy for me to understand and got me squared away pronto. Rhonda and the leasing manager Ms. Paz were especially helpful on moving day making my experience A+ at Azalea Springs. I’m so happy I chose to move to this apartment complex. You will be too."

"If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I have lived here now for just over a week. Stacy is the leasing GOAT! He worked with me on my move from Midtown within my timeline and budget. He was always responsive and always available. They really set me up in a super nice top apartment that is quiet, in the back of the complex, top floor, facing the back with lush trees. Neighbors are friendly, lots of parking spots available, and the place is in very nice condition inside and out. As Stacy is the leasing GOAT Luis is the maintenance GOAT! They both came to walk me through my place when I got the keys and Luis came back to complete my new dishwasher install. Great location next to Kroger and secure gates! Small community and nicely spread out buildings. I am very happy so far and look forward to a nice quiet few years here as a stepping stone to buying a house in the future. Highly recommended!
