"I’m glad I terminated my lease, the worst of the worst. They don’t care about you has long has you pay that rent they don’t care about anything you have to say. Moved in, within a few days my A/c broke, kept telling them to send someone out but was ignored, talked to the maintenance guy and he was incompetent, they hired cheap 3rd party labor, people that have no clue of what they’re doing. Roach infested apartment, kitchen was filled with roaches. Water leaks everywhere, no hot water and moles between cracks. Now tell would you continue to pay $1,500 for a broken 1 Bedroom? All the reviews you see here complaining are 100% the truth. These leasing a holes don’t care about you, they just need you to pay that rent and shut up. Last but not least, you’re in the hood living next to worst of the worst human beings, stealing your packages or delivered food, gun shots everyday, these bad kids standing on my car and flashing gang signs to me. I learned my lesson, you wouldn’t pay me nothing in the world to ever lived at that trash apartment. Good Riddance!!"

"Please Do NOT MOVE HERE! I REPEAT. Don’t WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. We moved in everything started to fall apart. They just patched everything up. Air stopped working, dishwasher was leaking, our front door doesn’t close properly. Kitchen smells like mildew. Back door has ants. Roaches are bad. And I found a rat. Avoid these apartments at all cost. Kids playing at my door. Kicked over my grill and broke it. These are the ghetto. I’m embarrassed for anyone to even come over!!!!!!! Don’t no move here. These are not worth paying. The water pressure is horrible in the shower. They don’t fix anything!!!!!"

"I terminated my lease early in December of last year. This place was a terrible decision. Roaches were a constant problem and lost groceries because of them. Management did not do enough to get rid of them.The apartment had a musty smell. My early termination notice did not get keyed properly and nearly had to pay an additional month. The manager was difficult to reach and did not respond to emails. The only highlight was that the manager waived December's rent. The poor apartment quality, poor customer service, and pest problems did not justify staying. I DO NOT recommend these apartments."

"TERRIBLE!! DO NOT RESIDE HERE! I would give 0 stars if I could!! These apartments are an embarrassment. My family has been experiencing ongoing issues as a result of a water leak within the apartment. #1 The maintenance guy tries to convince us that the a/c isn't to blame for the leak, but the water only leaks when we use the a/c and washer. #2 It took them months to come and correct the problems, and when they eventually did, there was still no change!! My grandmother has been dealing with these people since 2019, and there have always been issues! The stove is broken. They wrecked the kitchen, and she couldn't do anything in it for two weeks!! My siblings' and cousins' clothes have become molded, and they no longer have anything to wear to school! Thank goodness it's summer vacation! I just had to assist her in getting rid of everything! I've finally persuaded her to leave! This is absurd, and they deserve whatever God has in store for them. These apartments are run by people with nefarious intentions! And these are just two of the issues my grandmother has faced!"
