With a one-time pet fee of $650 and a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet, you can bring your furry friend along to enjoy our fabulous apartments and amazing amenities. All pets are required to be registered within our Pet DNA screening upon arrival, with a maximum of two pets per apartment and breed restrictions applying.

"I've been a resident at Arches at Glenridge for 3 years and recently encountered a severe mold problem within two months of moving to a new unit that was caused by incorrect repairs by maintenance. The management's response has been nothing short of negligent and unprofessional…far from a “luxury” experience!! After discovering mold, the maintenance team's attempts to rectify the issue were inadequate, with clear signs of a cover-up. Initially there was an attempt to paint over the mold, and I was advised that it wasn’t mold at all. It started to grow back the next day, and I had to follow up because no one contacted me at all. Then the head maintenance man came and cleaned the area and advised it was mold free and a contractor was coming to put in the sheet rock. I still felt unwell, so I scheduled for an inspector to come, and it turned out it was still completely infested with visible mold, and they were just eager to cover their tracks!! Despite my loyalty as a resident, I've had to personally cover the cost of a mold inspection, deal with ruined belongings, have my personal space invaded, abruptly find an apartment, cover moving expenses and endure the consequences of residing in a mold-infested environment. The $500 concession offered by management was accompanied by misleading information about insurance covering the rest, which turned out to be false. They aren’t even knowledgeable about their recommended policy. The management's lack of urgency and transparency, along with deceptive actions, have been disheartening. Multiple instances of staff providing false information and mishandling repairs highlight a disturbing pattern of negligence. The maintenance man admitted he did not know any detailed info about mold and that I was not the first resident w/ a mold problem. I also spoke with the other resident who had a mold issue, and they dropped the ball on that as well. In summary, Arches at Glenridge has shown a blatant disregard for residents' well-being and a failure to address serious issues promptly. I strongly advise prospective tenants to reconsider their options and prioritize their health and safety elsewhere."
"Walked in for my tour and Morgan seemed very bothered, as if I was disturbing him. That was red flag number one for me. To find out he was the property manager was disturbing because if you’re like this I can only imagine what else trickles down to staff. He has a very condescending attitude. I won’t write a book but I will say I went as far as being able to get everything lined up for move-in (utilities, renters insurance) and received a bogus reason on why my application was now denied almost a week before move-in. I didn’t have the best experience here and all of the reviews must be friends or moved in prior to Morgan. I do believe Fair Housing was violated here. Thankful I dodged a bullet because I was able to find something a lot newer, larger and better pricing than here."
"I recently moved out and let me just say it’s bittersweet for me. I stayed at the Arches for 3 years. Maintenance is prompt, residents respect one another and most importantly the staff is like family. During the freeze the staff was on the seen at 2:00am checking to see if we were alright.(during Christmas) Now that’s caring management staff!!! I also want to acknowledge Reese and Morgan. Those two put the arch and arches. I have so many stories of how they helped me while staying. I’m going to miss them. If it was not for unforeseen circumstances for myself I wouldn’t not be moving PERIODT."
"We love living here. 4th year running. Peaceful area. Nice neighbors and amenities. New gym equipment and pool. Quick responses to service requests. Property is old but not too old. The units are bigger than what you see being built nowadays so you get more space for your money."
"Great apartment complex!! Lived here for 2 years. My wife and I loved living here! We only left because we got a condo! The community is great, location is also very good with many good restaurants just downstairs! Maintenance is top notch, as they come as soon as you put in a request and fix everything you need. Also, Management is amazing and want to give a big shoutout to Morgan as he’s been amazing these 2 years and also Miguel as he’s been awesome too!"
