"I really appreciate the way the property manager, Mrs. Deborah, was so helpful and nurturing in my process of finding an apartment! Probably one of the best decisions I have made in a very long time! Highly recommend! Also Byron the maintenance director is top tier! Very helpful whenever called upon!"

"This apartment is very poorly built. The floors and walls are so thin that you can hear every footstep. If your upstair neighbor starts dragging furniture at 11pm, good luck and just pray that the ceiling doesn't breakdown. The floors are also very uneven and slanted. It's also not that safe. Gates are broken but not fixed, shattered glass and trash in the parking lot, packages being stolen, countless car break ins. There seems to be a police car in the parking lot very frequently. General upkeep of the apartment is questionable. Breezeways are vacuumed but only for leaves and bugs that make their way in. Stairways have trash and smells bad. Beware of roaches and other bugs in your unit. Giving two stars because of the proximity to 75/85 and being in west midtown, and some friendly neighbors."

"Enjoyed this property for a few reasons. Quaint & on the quieter side. Management is always responsive & the maintenance request are completed very fast. Everyone on site is super friendly & helpful. The property has routine cleaning in the hallways & amenity areas. Really beautiful rooftop & gym!"

"Skyline West has been home for a two years and cannot say enough about the positive experience we have had. The staff is wonderful and the amenities are top notch especially the rooftop. Highly recommended! Also, my favorite thing about living at Skyline West is the maintenance crew. They are very friendly and make me feel comfortable."

She puts in my work orders if I have one and she is always sure to check and make sure it is complete. I highly recommend the Apartment. The grounds are well kept and the crime is nonexistent."
