"It's deceptive, it looks good on the outside, but serious issues on the inside, it's dead, not activities, nothing to promote the spirit of good neighbors, 90 Apts and meeting and seeing your neighbors almost does exist, also it's dangerous crossing the street, the lights and crossing that give pedestrians too cross doesn't work together. The only thing I like about this place is the size of the apartment."
"Management refuses to get real security, even after multiple car break-ins and riff-raff from off the street walking thru the parking lot to some run down apartments behind the building! Who operates like this? They have NO outside cameras to monitor and won't even pay for part-time security after NUMEROUS complaints from elderly residents (even had to call the Mayor, but nothing was done). Needed repair work done in apartment, it's been almost a year and NOTHING has been done !I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!"
