When the gates break down it takes forever to repair sometimes weeks. So anyone can enter the apartment. I have a lot more to add and it will be add later stay tuned and stay away."

"hi friendly people of calibre lake, had a wonderful experience yesterday with mom walking the community. the lake was peaceful and we spent a moment swinging around taking in the serene nature views and water views. the double decked pool was also a amazing feature. the agents were nice and hospitable to us even though we decided to lease closer to moms final resting place. It was a very close tie tho, very beautiful property thank you again for taking time to let us view. Jennyene and jesssica answered all our questions!! happy holidates!"

"My brother and I were quoted on a apt at this location. I asked to change to change to move-in date because my brother gave the wrong date to move-in. They wanted us to pay over $400 for a week of staying there. Now granted the move-in date was wrong. I asked them to move the date to the 1st now granted we had already paid a application fee for this apt and signed paperwork for this apt at a set price. Now they want to change the price even though we had already signed for this apt at a set price. They wanted to spike up the price on the apt because of weeks difference in move-in. Don’t do business we this company all they want is money. Also very disrespectful in the corporate office too. The lady said we are not a charity case apt idk what that means."

"My experience at the Calibre Lakes over the weekend was a great experience, because Peggy, the leasing manager showed me a unit and around the property. She was kind, informative and patience I knew right away this is the place I would like to live."

"The worst $2000/month I have ever spent on housing. Items were constantly breaking in the apt and in the community (gates broken regularly, pool closed for +2 weeks two different times in same summer due to repairs needed). Apartment was "remodeled" with cheap laminate floors, plastic towel rods and TP holders, and paint was so thick on the walls that it literally was peeling off in both bathrooms and kitchen within a couple of months. My family had respiratory health issues due to a very old and dirty HVAC system (the dust was inches and inches thick); the carpet in the main bedroom was disgusting even after we made the complex clean it a second time. The floor was peeling up in the kitchen; the "new" appliances were stained. We moved out before our one year lease was even done because that apt was that low quality and unhealthy. Jeanine in the office and the maintenance people are nice (current property manager is NOT) but management company is cheap and the remodel is like putting lipstick on a pig. Go to another place - don't waste your money here."
