"This apartment complex was able to help me find a unit when I was in a serious time crunch. Whitney at the leasing office was super helpful and very kind! With that being said, I didn’t renew my lease because I felt I was paying entirely too much for the quality of these apartments. They honestly all need to be gutted and renovated. I had several issues that maintenance had to take care of but didn’t respond or show up until at least a week later. I had about 3 instances where water was leaking into my carpet and a large dehumidifier and fan had to be left in my apartment. The maintenance did show up at a reasonable time for those leaks, but left the equipment for days because they thought someone had already picked it up. I didn’t feel a sense of community while living here as none of the residents were overly nice with the exception of a few. Overall, my time here wasn’t bad and I understand there will always be downsides to apartment living. There were just better options for the amount I was paying."
