"It’a ONLY a nice looking place to live and you have a few things close by. On terms of the building it’s a f.. nightmare. I’m in the 4th floor and I can hear EVERY SIGLE STEP the neighbor on the 5th floor takes. Downstairs they hit the selling ALL THE TIME because they can hear us too. You can’t use shoes at home or sleepers only socks because the people downstairs will hear everything, FORGET about moving here with children, they will have a horrible experience where you need to shush them all the time even to WALK. The office can’t handle anything. The fire alarm goes off at least once a week for about 1hr or 1hr and a half until firefighters can come and turn it off. If the fire alarm doesn’t go off it’s because they disconnect the alarm. So keep that in mind too I promise you this place is not worth it. You can find better houses or apartments without all of this hassle."

"Update: I first want to add to my review that the ladies in the office and the maintenance team is wonderful. Again I love my apartment and the area is everything. We have not had a fire alarm in two weeks, “I will keep my finger crossed, hopefully it fix”. They did provide the gift cards that they promised me. I will be honest, it’s not a big deal for me, but some people might want to know. Sometimes the garage gate doesn’t work and be open. The pool table in the club house don’t have pool sticks to play with. Also residence do not pick up behind their dogs outside. Other than that, my apartment is amazing and I will be here for a while. Old review: I’ve only been here for a month, and the fire alarm has gone off four times. It’s currently going off as I write this review for the fifth time today, which is very annoying. Nobody wants to come home to this. While the apartment itself is nice, the outside area looks really bad with dog poop and trash everywhere. When I moved in, they promised me a $500 gift card, which I still haven’t received. I’m tired of moving, so I hope they can fix this issue ASAP and fulfill their promise of the gift card."

"Haven't been here long and I miss my old apartment honestly! Moved in with the Black Friday deal but somehow no one knows how I'm supposed get my gift card. Upstairs neighbors walk like elephants. Fire alarms going off/malfunctioning all day long. Gated parking but the gate breaks regularly and is left open. Not enough parking in the small cramped deck. Gym is super small. Package room not well secured. Other than that I have no complaints! Maintenance guys are awesome!"

"Would be an amazing property. Only downfall is there is a fire alarm issue that is absolutely ridiculous! As I write this review at 3:30am it is blaring! There is never a timeline on how long it can blast an unbearable noise or knowing of when it will happen. It really overshadows the amazing location and staff. Especially being that the fire alarm CONSISTENTLY goes off with no explanation or issue correction. Potential to be a “4 star” at minimum."

"The fire alarm has gone off 6 times today. The deafening noise can go on for 30+ minutes. This has been an on-going issue for months. No one leaves the building at this point, and the fire trucks don't come anymore. God help us if a real fire were to occur. If you work from home, have children or pets, or generally value your sleep and quality of life, you should pick a different apartment complex."
