"Terrible complex to live in! The administration office never once answered their phone the entire 2 years I was there, and when you finally catch one of the employees in the office and you ask them about it, they make the excuse that their phones are down, which was their excuse for the entire time I was there. If you want to be at risk of trees falling, spontaneous fires, rude and lazy office staff then this is the place for you. Be very careful and do not get an overpriced lease with those crooks. I’ve included a photo and a video as proof of their negligence. BEWARE Edit: I also just remembered to tell you to be ready for water interruptions every week, had to take a shower at my gym one time cuz the water was off for a day and a half. It’s ridiculous. I also wanna give a shout out to the maintenance crew, they are the only saving grace for this shoddy complex. They are very lucky to have them, and they most definitely don’t deserve them."

"I have lived here for 3 years and it the property has served it's purpose, but has really pivoted in terms of their service focus. When I first signed on, rent was about $1650 for a 3 bed/ 1 bath unit and newly renovated, which means pho marble counter tops in the kitchen and that is pretty much it.. I get it, the Braves won the world series, but I don't think that justifies the huge spike in rent price over the next couple years by over $200 increases every 12 months, especially with the inherent problems with the property. The buildings are old which means: uneven floors, poor insulation (our electric bill is way higher than necessary as a result, averaging $200+ a month in our 3 bed) electricity itself is kind of shotty with lights that will burn out after only a month of replacing the bulbs, the pipes are terrible and always causing issues. I am not kidding, we have had water interruptions over 40 times throughout the last 3 years living here and only getting worse for whatever reason. I am glad we have not had to pay for water at this property because I can only imagine how costly that would be. Maintenance is good and responsive, which is a must with the piping issues and electrical problems. I cannot praise them enough, but also find it embarrassing to have to call them to replace a light-bulb as the kitchen and some other rooms use an oddly shaped fluorescent tube light that I have not been able to find in stores. Amid that, the pool is closed often. I understand a big reason is due to broken glass from patrons, and is not the fault of the office, but I do believe proper security coverage would help that issue and no action towards that has been made. Another large complaint is found in the providers they use for some of the larger projects. Our bathtub needed to be resurfaced after the coating on it started bubbling and peeling and overall made cleaning frustrating, especially when further damage would incur while scrubbing. The bathtub and shower were resurfaced and looked fantastic for about 3 months before bubbling all over again and now back to square one in less than a year. Overall, just seems that the focus is on spot-treating problems rather than fixing them for the long-run. I see a long term and potentially more expensive fix to be of best value for property and patrons, but who knows, I don't know how to run an apartment agency. That being said, I don't believe it to be a good sign to rebrand your apartment complex each year or sell off to another property agency as frequently as has occurred over the last 3 years. Overall, this apartment is well maintained on the outside and is in a good location which they definitely leverage to makeup for all of the other caveats. I would just recommend to anyone moving in to pay attention to the price amid the popcorn ceilings with leak-patches, overs pray on the pho wood floors from improper paint setup, and the level changes in the floors as you walk around a unit that isn't on the ground floor lol. "First off, Tia Sample Asst Manager is amazing . She took care of all my issues from when I walked in the door. She was patience, efficient and goes above and beyond. Also The location is fantastic. It's situated in a safe and quiet neighborhood, but still close enough to all the action. I was only a five-minute drive to the grocery store, and there are plenty of great restaurants and stores in the area. I definitely recommend"
