"Management is NEVER AT THIS LOCATION! I have tried for 3 weeks to get information on 2bed rooms apartment. I have left messages after messages no return call. I would like some one from cooperate office to response to this very concerning complaint. Is this property unsupervised???"
"I really enjoy my living environment, tenants and staff greet you with smiles, it"s quiet, clean, peaceful, and lots of unassigned parking spaces. God blessed me with a jewel, for my first senior apartment. We have a new manager she's pleasant, friendly, quickly responds to voicemails, work orders and letters. Also, the maintenance staff is quick with repairs and very pleasant too!!!"
"I don’t recommend this place. The resident manager is not a nice person. So many of the residents are very unhappy because of the manager. Ms. Vicki Lane or shall I say Dr.Jekyll/Mr. Hyde. She’s nice today then tomorrow she see you and act as if she don’t know who you are. She’s LOUD and she bullies the residents with letters of eviction and going up on the rent."
"Please proceed with caution when moving into this community or your relative. The tenants are being treated with lack of respect by the leasing manager Vicki, who is creating notices preventing relatives and guests from visiting the residents in the building. She is miserable...corporate needs to replace her with someone who cares and respects the elderly."
