"Please do not listen to the reviews saying this place is good because it’s not. This apartment is INFESTED with roaches, mold, and mildew. They don’t answer requests in a timely manner, the trash is every where - the property is so unkept. Dead mice outside and children play outside often, what happens when the children pick up the dead rodent? Supposed to be a gated community, the gate has been broken for MONTHS. not to mention this complex has been on the news for the leasing manager stealing tenants rent. If you’re looking for a home and you’re desperate I would say this is the place for you but if you can help it I would advise you to go somewhere else. Please listen to this review it will save you time, money, and energy."

"Trash everywhere, maintenance requests unanswered for months at a time. Not worth paying over $1000 for the apartment rent if they don’t even stick with their lease agreement."

"I do live here and they they don't clean up their mess and we pay bills here and we have to pay bills for people not cleaning up their mess every single month there's a whole new management and they keep on changing it up like now they said that we will be able to go in the pool but it is now closed because they get so dirty and it and they won't stop not cleaning the pool at all show me apartment complex is kind of good it's okay"
