"I love, love, LOVE the Bentley! The office and Maintenance staff are so nice and they are always welcoming to me and my family. We love to walk our dogs around the community and taking walks with them by the lake. There is also a friendly dog park we love to take them too. If anyone is looking to live here I would Highly recommend!"
"I stayed at the Bentley from March to December 2022 and I will tell you how my terrible experience was: To start:. Extremely high rental price for a two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment. There are fees that you pay for sewage, water, garbage collection and amazon hub that I will detail all throughout the text. As soon as I was shown the apartment, I was informed that there should be 2 people per room. My family of four would be fine in a two bedroom apartment. It turns out that NOBODY respects this rule after getting the apartment. My upstairs neighbor had a family of 6 living in the same apartment. They made noise all day, especially at bedtime. It was IMPOSSIBLE to sleep because the noise was deafening. In addition to having 6 people living there. Many people who WERE NOT residents, jumped the wall and came to use the infrastructure of the Bentley. Including swimming pool and grills. The lake is disgusting and dirty. Stinky too. The garbage collection that you pay extra to have them remove in front of your door was completely flawed. There were days when the collection was simply not done and you had the garbage bag in front of your house all day. Hoping that night he would be picked up. We spent 4 days without collection in the month of November. My apartment was affected by leaks which were never permanently fixed. I spent months with a patch on the ceiling made with blue tape and it was never fixed. I had leaks in the kitchen and closet. All calls that were made to resolve took more than 10 days. The place is disgusting. There are cockroaches everywhere. Inside the apartment and outside. I was embarrassed to invite people into my house as it was infested with cockroaches. Unbearable musty smell. My son had to take antibiotics several times due to the unbearable musty smell. We were sick the whole time we were there. One day I noticed that the cover of the condenser that served my apartment was removed. I took a photo and sent an email to the management informing that. Nobody solved it. 3 weeks later I had a fire and I had to call the FIREMAN to solve it. They simply turned off my A/C for repairs which took 10 days. Orders that were left at my door were STOLEN 3x. I needed to put a security camera on my door to prevent further theft. Abandoned cars all over the place, or people using the space to fix mechanical problems. People drininkg in the parking lot at night time. They never responded to emails with complaints. They simply ignored it. 80% of residents do not speak English. And they simply refuse to follow any condominium rules. Residents threw garbage in the street. There are certainly other complaints that are not so important. but if you can avoid living here, avoid it."
"It's been a while since I cancelled my lease. I thought I had to leave a review to help others know before coming into this place. When my wife and I had a tour with the agent at the "Model House", everything seems perfect. It was definitely a newly renovated apartment. We decided to move to this apartment. HOWEVER, the unit we actually moved in was a totally different apartment. The unit wasn't clean at the move-in date, something was coming out from the bath, the sink water is not running well, and LASTLY (and most IMPORTANTLY), the window was about to fall down. I wasn't able to open the window either. The first day, it was windy, and the window finally fell down. We talked to the leasing office for the maintenance. They came to our unit and grabbed the fallen window to put them back with the HOT GLUE....... At that moment, we were so shocked how they treated their residents. We immediately told them to cancel our lease. They refunded everything but application fee which was couple hundred dollars. Also, we had to stay on hotels for about two weeks to find a new place to stay. We spent so much time and extra money on hotels and moving. I hope you(future resident) consider very carefully when moving into a new place. ———————Reply to Owner——————— Look closely on my first picture. (Look at the video if you still have trouble recognizing your own property.) This is your apartment that was not renovated at all. This is false advertise. This is not a renovated apartment. This incident happened on August 15th 2022. The reason I left a review now is that I still have a nightmare because of this."
"BE AWARE ! I don’t leaves reviews but this has become my last resort . I honestly had high hopes for this apartment complex . Since moving in the end of May I have had issue after issue . The unit wasn’t fully ready for move in. My laundry doors came from another apartment dirty. The bathroom door corroded and dirty. Holes in the cabinets upon move in. My apartment has been flooded 5 times. Mold in the roof due to leaking pipes within the roofing. My food appeared to be eaten by a rat they just put a sticky pad down. I was patient and allowed the office to resolve the issues however this being the 5th time my unit has had water flood my apartment creating a constant problem im tired. I’ve requested for my rent to be discounted i was told thats something they dont do. asked for another unit I was told they won’t pay for my utilities to be reconnected and movers to assist in my move due to me paying for movers into my unit. No compensation was an option at all. I was told I would receive an email to contact corporate so that I can be assisted further due to the head of the property management not being able to assist I was given a number with no name from google that I could’ve located on my own. he then admitted he would be highly upset if this were to happen to him but I have gotten no resolution but dehumidifiers and fans. If you are considering this complex please look at your unit. They sell you a dream with the model unit and upon move in your unit looks a mess"
"I’ve lived here for almost 3 months now, and it has been the most pleasant experience. Loved the tour and seeing this place with the lake for the first time. I was happy that Jessi, my leasing consultant, did the tour and told us truthful and plentiful information about the apartments. Before we signed the lease, we got to take a look at our unit to see if everything was okay and last touches could happen. They just did the floors and walls and the place came very cleaned. The kitchen was my favorite and looked just as great as the model unit; the sunroom has beautiful natural light. Move in was very smooth, the complex is very active and also peaceful. The lake is well kept to me personally and it’s nice to walk around it. Leasing staff is very friendly and they always check up on you. Maintenance is the best part, they always get the requests done fast and effectively as well. The only complaint I do have is my upstairs neighbors. I can tell they don’t have carpet flooring because I here many stomps and dragging of things. They used to be very bad night and day with the noise (jumping, stomping, very loud music, shaking, running), but lately it has only been on the weekends where the loud music/jumping occurs, during the week it happens sometimes but it’s minimal now. Overall this place exceeded expectations and I’m grateful my boyfriend and I are enjoying a peaceful time."
