"Now that I have been living in Ashton Arbors Senior Residences for 7 months, I can sincerely say it is the best decision I made in 2023! I feel as though I am truly “home” for the first time in a long while. Not only do I love my apartment, which is generously sized for a 1BR/1BA, but the other residents I have come across in the hallways have been more than welcoming and friendly. Some of them have been living here for 7-10 years and told me they wouldn’t live anywhere else! I hope I will become a long term resident too. Besides the friendly residents, the management/ leasing staff made the lease signing easy and had my apartment ready within 2 days for me to take occupancy. Staff also recognize me (even 7 months later) and call me by name when I see them in the hallways. This adds to the “home” feeling. Management also plans periodic events for all residents. In addition, the maintenance staff is terrific, too. They respond to my requests promptly and fix the very few things I have asked to have done, which was mainly right after move in. All in all, I will recommend Ashton Arbors Senior Residences to all my family, friends and any other seniors looking for a place to reside and call HOME!"

"I've been here for a year, it was so nice back then, but much has diminished tremendously, especially since Markeyta has left. The Leasing Office has been non existence for 2 weeks now without notice which truly concerns me. I'm definitely looking forward to purchasing a home again in the near future. What I do cherish and will miss is the few Beautiful people that I've had the Pleasure of meeting & knowing while living here. I'll definitely miss them."
