"Honestly these apartments used to be decent.I’ve lived here for 2 years now. Pros, move in process is easy quick and they’re pretty lenient on credit checks. Cons, dirty community, roaches, mold, gate never works. The codes to the package room/ amenities are constantly changing. The leasing office barely answers the phone. They take forever to repair things I have been waiting for my ceiling fan to be fixed since I moved in back in April. The crime here has become high for the area. I believe it’s due to them not having the gate fixed. For the entire year they have only worked for about a week. The other year my neighbor’s apartment was shot into 3 times through her window on the 3rd floor her mattress ended up catching the bullets (again the gate was broken) they have an issue with car break ins. Someone stole a company vehicle that belonged to the complex and crashed it into my car causing me $4,000 in damages to my vehicle and they did absolutely nothing to reprimand the situation but fire the maintenance man. I finally heard something from the new manager Brianna last week and the incident happened November 3rd. It’s February now and the only reason I even heard something is because I had to go in the office to have them explain the constant last minute additional charges added to the account. When I brought up the situation to Brianna she advised that she was on vacation when it happened so I guess that means there was no need for her to do her job or even reach out and follow up regarding the incident. She then asked me to send over the paperwork. That should have been requested in the beginning when the incident occurred. She Is nice though but it’s very unprofessional. Again this is a situation that occurred by someone that doesn’t even live in the community. The gates are wide open24/7 and the rent prices are too high for the quality. We are supposed to be paying for a “luxury” gated community l. Also the gym smells horrible. I don’t know if it’s ever been cleaned. These apartments are not luxury do not waste your time please go to the Dylan, Cambridge faire solstice or any of the other new apartments near by. This one is getting to the point they just need to tear the whole thing down and start over. They only upgraded the kitchens and ignore any other issues. Your stuff will get stolen your apartment will smell like weed you will have random additional charges placed on your account in large amounts right before rent is due. I do like Shanquita and Amber though they are very nice and thorough."
"Update!!!!!! Another package was stolen right off my front porch!!!! All the tenants are complaining!!! Nothing is being done!!!! The gate is still nonoperational since September! Do not move here!!! It’s not safe!!! It’s been two months and the gate still isn’t working!!! I’ve also have had 3 packages stolen from the mail room . One was a table that costs 365 dollars!!! Their cameras don’t record and all they can say is tell corporate and they are not responsible. They are not clean! They also have roaches!!! The outside hallways and stairwells are disgusting and need to be power washed . The maintenance also needs work. It took almost a month for them to fix my dryer. They used the wrong stain to cover my cabinets and they said it’s nothing they can do. My cabinets are sticky and look horrible. There’s other cosmetic issues as well. This place is a joke and they DO NOT care about their residents!!!"
"Believe all the negative reviews. I’ve only been here since August and I can tell you that they are true. Extra fees, significant increases in rent, roaches, however, they will come out for pest control, but they will charge you excessively for it so you’re better off just going to Walmart and getting your own pest control. Loud music!! I’ve called the police several times. I’ve made plenty reviews on this business. They write back to the reviewers like they are concerned or like they’re going to make a change, but they do not. They don’t care. I have broken my lease to move. I’ll be damned if they get another dime from me when this termination is up. This is the most horrible rental experience I have ever had. The only pleasant one in the office is Miss Grant, but she can only do what she can, because the two rude ones in there are her bosses. They always put the wrong people in charge."
"Robyn was such a great help. She made this transition process in finding our new place we call home so much easier. Very detailed oriented, and patient with me. I wouldn’t only recommend this place of living but definitely Robyn to cater to your needs and expectations."
"The apartments are managed poorly. There was a leak in my apartment caused by negligence of the maintenance team and I was not notified about it. I walked in to fans and humidifiers late at night. I had to go to the leasing office to find out what happened. After asking to be communicated with about what was being done with my apartment, I did not receive any information. It’s been three weeks and I still have not received anything in writing about what happened nor has the property manager called me back after multiple attempts to reach out to her. I even went into the office and was told she was taking a lunch break at 5:30 in which the office closes at 6:00. Not to mention the multiple car break ins that happen throughout the complex and I had a bug issue the whole time I was there. The gate is always broke as well, this apartment complex is poorly managed and needs to do better."
