"I wanted to move to this apartment complex. The manager on site said everything looks great . She stated that I meet the requirement for the apartment complex. She stated her manager would have to review the application herself when she reviews the application she had a problem with me having a gap in my rental history she also stated about my student loans. I was told that the manager from corporate would have to pass it on to someone else and corporate I reached out to her for two days no answer on Friday The manager at corporate return my call I was told that the compliance department had look at my application and they denied it because of the credit score and that my employer had forgot to fill out the section on the employment verification form this went on for about three weeks I went today and retrieve my security money order it was dated for April 6 today it is now April 18. I don’t feel that my Application should have went from hand to hand in order to be denied I was told on Friday that I will receive a call from corporate but I never received a call today is Tuesday, April 18 no call no nothing I feel that the lady from corporate is over the site manager wanted my application to be denied. I just need some understanding from someone in corporate to show me and make me understand why my application was denied. I also feel that it should not go to corporate and the things that are listed as requirements they change according to corporate"

"I've lived here for almost 8years and yes it has its hiccups but the property manager has changed and also the office manager Cheryl. Communication is best with Cheryl she understands the needs and puts forth effort. The apartment is super quiet and they do their best to try and keep up maintenance. This apartment complex is doing a whole lot better since management has changed."

"Great communication with Cheryl at the leasing office. Always responds to maintenance requests in a timely manner. Quiet community. Never bugs. Units can be remodeled, but are still welcoming. Definitely would recommend."
