"I must say that this was one of the worst experiences we have ever had. Initially it was fine, but as time elapsed it became a nightmare. Firstly we lived there at the location in Fairburn for over a year with no snags. After about a year and a half a family from down the street in the complex moved over us. This family had four children, therefore it consisted of six people in a two bedroom apartment. These people were obviously uncivilized as they were extremely loud and raucous. The father smoked marijuana each and every day on the patio and our theory was that he was also a drug addicted meth head. He would run and jump up and down throughout the entire apartment until the wee hours of the morning.We attempted to ask him if he could please keep it down as my husband had to get up for work at 5 am. That didn't help. After a long suffering month or so we had an altercation with them and we called for police. The situation was unbearable. We went to management who did nothing but told us the complainer is the one that should relocate, not them. Also we paid for pest control for two years but never got any which in my estimation constitutes fraud. The garbage dumpster was overflowing for days at a time and was embarrassing if you had guests. We were also paying for trash removal. The gate was unrepaired for several months allowing anyone to enter. Overall the apartment experience from hell. We also had extreme mold that we had to remove ourselves. The management was unprofessional and we intend to pursue legal action against them for the return of our deposit which has not been returned."

"Trust me as a current resident, Do not live here. They always have the trash overflowing, they may take care of it once a month. They slowly respond to important maintenance calls. They enter your apartment unannounced, without a 24 hour notice. They leave trash all over your floor when they do. They are too lazy to use their own materials that so while you were out of your own home, they will just help themselves to anything in your apartment. When cleaning our old apartments, they will just toss stuff down the stairs, leaving glass everywhere for dogs, or others to step on, and when you ask them to clean it, they’ll send someone over to look at the mess, and leave the glass on the sidewalk, in the grass, and on the stairs. Oh, and not to mention, while I was sleeping, alone, in the apartment, a random male, who was checking on the apartment, entered the room. As a female, this makes me uneasy and it’s absolutely unacceptable. If you are a resident, do not sign a new lease. And if you are looking for a good apartment to stay in, this is the last one you’ll want to look into."

"I love my home. Shay makes it very easy to love it. The maintenance team does an amazing job at fixing anything that’s needed. I renewed my leased and I’m still happy here. EverGreen has an amazing team and they make you feel welcome. I love it here. I’ll be here until the wheels fall off. Awaiting to buy my house so with that being said I will not be moving to no one else’s property. I’m good here, love the amenities, love the people, love my PEACE and the way they welcome you here is a PLUS!!"

"My experience living at Evergreen has very pleasant. My apartment is spacious and quiet.I’m able to allow my children to go the playground and also participate in the activities on the property. It’s rather safe over here ,there are hardly any disturbances.SHEKILA JONES(Ms.Shay) has been a complete pleasure and very attentive and even when I see her on the property she still speaks every time though she’s busy.And maintenance is rather reliable also and whenever I put in a request it usually handled within the next day.And ever since they hired a groundskeeper is looking wayyy better!!! I plan on residing here for a while."
