"I called the office over 3 times inquiring about moving and the customer service was AMAZING from Jassmine and Keith! They were extremely friendly and helpful with my millions of questions. They went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule for a viewing. I hate moving however they have made me super excited to be apart of this community. First impressions are everything and they definitely did an amazing job making the company and community look good!"

"Called to find out why I have been quoted $75 for application fee and $200 admin fees. When I called said the $200 admin fee is for background checks and credit checks but that's what the application fee is for. Per georgia law application fee is only $50. If there is a glitch in the system when paying the $350 they charge another $200. So in all for them to run the application and do background and credit is $350 unless it's a glitch and then u pay $550. This is highway robbery without a gun. Nothing is included in the $1400 they charge a month. This is 1st apartment complex that charges its tenants for trash, water and pest control."

"While the leasing office staff were very kind and grounds were kept up to par the apartments themselves were laughable. They're charging 2023 prices with 2003 apartments. I'm not joking, the leasing agent told me the complex was at least 20 years old. The apartments have NEVER been renovated. And there is no offer of renovated apartments. The apartments are described as "classic", they are extremely outdated. I'm in shock, I've seen outdated apartments before but this was the worst by far, used to be white appliances (now off white due to age), old oak cabinets with no hardware, light vinyl counters, gold hardware and fixtures throughout and metal blinds. The 2x2 floor plan was odd, the owners suite had a bathroom half the size of the guest suite. The model apartment itself was dingy, marks on the walls, dirt around the corners or the carpet (due to age). Just outside the model apartment was a huge tree which was the home of tons of bees, and not the cute furry kind, the kind that will chase you down. There was a car parked right beside the tree and it was covered in bees, hood windows, doors. I mentioned it to the leasing agent and to the leasing agent and she said they plan to cut the tree down. Imagine the owner of that car was allergic to bees and got stung. Seriously I cannot believe they have the audacity to charge $40 more than 2023 renovated apartments less than 2 miles away AND it's not even gated like the other 4+ star properties properties. The owner is delusional."

"Carrington Point checks off all my boxes!! I just moved in and it’s been such a wonderful experience. Absolutely gorgeous scenery, beautiful personality of the entire staff (hey Brittany girllllll!) , and AMAZING floor plans. If I could give it a 10 out of 10 I would! I definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone."
