"Miss Kalisha is the best manager ever for this property! I heard she was transferred and I feel the next manager has some big shoes to fill. It just won't be the same. Kalisha is not only a manager to all of her residents, but also a mentor. This place is a great place to live because Ms Kalisha is on top of her game. The residents even see her pick up trash on the property! Love this place!"

"I called today to check the availability on "One Bed Room" apartments and I can honestly say the lady was not rude, maybe I caught her on a good day lol. Overall the lady answered all of my questions, and I did ask several of them. Firstly, you have to schedule an appointment in order to view any apartments. Secondly, with the holidays approaching, the office will be close M, T, W, and F of next week (before Xmas) same days the week of NYE. She advised they only have one worker, so you will have trouble to speak with anyone. Lastly, they will have a one bedroom opening, Mid February. Hope this helps anyone!"
"I recently called this place, Douglasville Proper Apartment Homes, to get information and upcoming availability. However, a very rude ghetto speaking lady answered the phone. I ask her for the availability and she said that there is none. I asked if there are any units coming available, she states she don't know, if there was it would be available (in a smart tone). My mother called and visited the property and the response that she was received is that August 2016 would be the earliest unit available. I told her we were told a different time frame one week ago. The lady breaths heavy and states… "sir their AIN’T nun" in a loud rude voice. I asked for her name and advised that I will proceed with calling corporate and hung up. She calls me back and said "well you ain’t let me give you the number" in a smart tone once again. I never do reviews but WOWWWWW if this is how they treat people you based off of you inquiring about general information, imagine how they treat their residents. I have heard bad things about this place but now I how encountered them first hand. Her name is, Kalisha Winston, and get this she is the Property Manager (lol). If you are thinking about renting from this management property or calling, do not waste your time like I just did with this post and calling that ghetto capital. The level of Customer Service is extremely poor and the service that I received was hostile and disrespectful. Any one that is in the industry of servicing consumers should evaluate their demeanor prior to forfeiting a return of investment by losing the customer. When you understand how imperative it is with capitalizing on revenue and the money that’s invested into marketing you will learn how to be a business that provides “World Class Customer Service” vs poor Customer Service. So now I plan on contacting the Better Business Bureau, Social Media (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc.), as well as, the National Apartment Association to discuss my hostile experience with the current representative at hand."
