"Do not move here my apartment had mold they just clean the carpet paint over mold and we got a leasing person Terrin Watts nasty attitude , think she can talk to you nasty ,iand rude don’t want to renew my lease cause I call the city and went to court told all kinds of lies in court"
"The property manager was EXTREMELY unprofessional and aggressive. First, no one is in the office at 830 am on 05/15/2023. When I called the manager at 9 am at the senior home she was working at in Fairburn, she informed me I did not qualify for the unit because “the government feels like students make enough.” Her words not mine. I began to calmly ask follow-up questions, “may I see that in writing?” She then began to get increasingly angry, defensive, and raise her voice at me, accusing me of arguing with her. I was not arguing. She told me, “just Google it.” I could not even get a word in without her continuous yelling and anger, I had to hang the phone up on her because she was harassing me and the things she was saying hurt my feelings. She was extremely mean and nasty towards me. I was only inquiring about the unit and how I can qualify. I do not understand how that elicits a strong emotional response. Even if I were approved, I would NEVER live somewhere where the property manager harasses a potential tenant. I would NEVER feel safe in an environment like that as long as she’s the property manager and I will NEVER recommend anyone to live there. She also never offered me to complete an application. I guess some places perform nasty phone interviews to gauge who they deem fit to live in low-income housing. If you can take the beating you’re in. Her behavior was outrageously unprofessional and I will be taking my money elsewhere and filing a formal complaint."
"No space for parking. Always full and the community director is now requiring everybody get parking permits in order to park. Got guests? Good luck finding a spot near your home or they will get towed. Wasted space can easily be made into more parking spots. Instead of finding an easy solution to this problem, they would rather punish the people living here. Just sad. Do better..."
"I've always liked these apartments oh, I have a family member who lived in there and recently, they completely remodeled this whole complex from the inside out and it is beautiful. However, they do take Section 8 tenants which is completely fine oh, they also take regular tenants but since they've remodeled, they do have cameras all over the property which can be a good thing in case your car is broken into, apartment is broken into or whatever but you are not allowed to smoke on the property at all. You literally have to walk to the street even if you rent an apartment in this complex and smoke at the street and I think that's absolutely ridiculous when you pay to live somewhere, you should be able to smoke on your front or back porch. If you don't have a front porch which usually you don't have both English departments but you should be able to smoke on your porch if that's what you want to do and you shouldn't have to fear that the maintenance man or whoever is going to walk by and you get in trouble and or written up or kicked out. I think that's ludicrous but this is not the only complex doing this. There are tons of complexes especially the ones that take Section 8 that are going to 100% non-smoking property. I just think it's really stupid because whether or not it's a non-smoking apartment complex, that's not going to make or break the deal for someone to move in. This is something new and 99% of the time, you don't even know when someone is smoking a cigarette including your own neighbor but I can't say the apartments are absolutely gorgeous since they have done the remodeling a couple of years ago. They truly are very pretty on the inside and they look much better on the outside! If you have any kind of felony or if you've even been arrested for a felony, don't even try. You will waste $50. I'm going to be honest and say that me and my husband have a past but I got clean and he did not. We were both arrested for possession with the intent to distribute and my charges got dropped because he took all the charges, as he should have, but because that arrest showed up, they would not add me to my family members lease and it had nothing to do with Section 8, it was all a part of the policy of the apartment complex but they do have new owners now so I can't say that it will be the same but the new owners are obviously much more strict. I don't even have any felonies on my record and I still couldn't even be added to a lease. Maybe that was God, it didn't need to happen because this particular family member suckers with bipolar and it could have been a recipe for disaster especially for my very young son at the time so it could have been a blessing in disguise but I wouldn't waste your $50 application be trying here first. At least ask before paying that $50, just be honest and upfront because they can even see your arrest, not just convictions but your actual arrest history!"
"Denise was super nice!!! Honestly it was a great experience. After we got all the paperwork done she showed us a fantastic apartment. We loved the property and think the staff is very professional! We cannot wait to live at Foxworth Forest!!!"
