"I was genuinely impressed by Lita's exceptional customer service during my move-in, which made the process incredibly smooth. However, my experience was really tarnished by persistent invasive surveillance from another resident, a clear violation of privacy and a form of disturbing stalking. Dealing with continuous recording and frequent adjustments to camera angles to get a better view of my personal space was unacceptable. It's both stalking and harassment, which are crimes. I'm grateful that a resolution has finally been reached, bringing some peace of mind. I truly hope corporate management prioritizes privacy, safety and respectful conduct to prevent such incidents from recurring or happening to others. Additionally, installing more streetlights would be great to enhance safety, the parking lot can be pretty dark at night. *Edit: I thought the issue was resolved but it never was, I wish someone would have warned me, so I am warning you. please keep looking."

"Pros: Affordable rent. lots of upgrades on the outside by new management. It's quiet, except for sometimes loud car music in the parking lot. Cons: Managed by Elon Management with an F BBB score. Zero insulation= noise and secondhand smoke comes through walls. Bugs- beetles and roaches, baits and traps needed Hard water, dries out skin and eyes. Air Inside is poor quality. no patrol, security or emergency maintenance leasing office hours limited No, I don't recommend Woodsprings Newnan, an extended stay hotel,looks like a studio apt. on the inside is even better for temporary housing * Edit: folks in the building on the left when you drive in, look like they are dealing drugs or something in the parking lot in their cars every night and they keep bringing dangerous company DON'T MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Well, I have be there at Valley Brook apartments since May of this year and we actually have a new property manager that is doing some of the most amazing work that I have ever seen done here at this apartment complex since I moved in. She is very dedicated and detailed oriented and so professional and I am very impressed with her work her skills are outstanding and she deserves to be recognized for all the great work she has done and accomplished in just a short time that she has been here. I have never been more impressed with anyone as I am with her. Miss, LITA is really the best property manager that I have personally dealt with. She really deserves a pay raise for the work she does and I want to give her a ‘10’ star’s on the job she’s doing and so dedicated.
