"Just took a tour of this place yesterday and applied immediately!! Arcadia is actually stunning and the staff is so wonderful! Literally looks just like the pictures! Hoping to live here soon. "Most of the reviews on this complex are based on the touring experience, but as an actual resident, I can leave a true review of living here. Unfortunately I was pressed for time and couldn't do a thorough search for apartments before moving here because I wouldn't have if I had time to look elsewhere but here's some cons about this complex. There's no coat closet OR linen closets in the bathrooms. Like most new apartment complexes these days, these are not good quality at all and they are built very cheaply! Walls and floors are extremely thin and flimsy, so expect to hear your neighbors every move, whether you're on the bottom or top floor. There is dog poop EVERYWHERE all the time!!! The only pro is that it's in a convient area with retail stores not far. There's another brand new complex right next door that l've toured and LOVE and will be moving to when my lease is up here."

"To preface for me at least, I would always say do your own research both online and/or in-person (if possible) before committing to ANY new living situation no matter where you go. Keep in mind that even though this property is fairly new, you will need to have some kind of personal and/or reliable transportation available in order fully access this property if you’re commuting elsewhere for work or other obligations. Big ups to the leasing agent, Jermaine, for being thorough and empathetic with my in-person tour and follow-up questions for sure."

"Traveling to this Arcadia location at first I thought "this is sooo far", but when I got there and actually took a tour I was beyond amazed. Teana was very helpful and informative when it came to information about the amenities, the Arcadia community, surrounding areas and details about each apartment we toured. She made sure to answer every question I had and made me feel welcomed already. All in all I fell in love with the community and the model apartment!!!! Thanks to Teana she might have sold me!"
