"I initially signed a lease on 11/1/2021, and was told that the unit would not be available until 11/5, due to the pending certificate of occupancy. (This was AFTER being told that I wouldn't be able to move in December, as I initially wanted, due to demand) Every day, I was told that it would be a few more days. Today is 11/15/2021, and I have still not been able to get keys or a move in date. Update: 11/16/21 - I reached out to the company to terminate my lease and get my check back for my deposit and first month's rent, and was told that I wouldn't be able to get it until the owner's came back in town. I filed a complaint with consumer affairs in hopes of simply receiving my check back and"
