Carrollwood Apartments

"They say these apartments are brand new, but they’re not they fall apart and you have to when you put a request in the person the maintenance going to come out to do anything you have to do the work on your own. I had to replace a sink and had to fix my own dishwasher. I had to replace my old showerhead is the showerhead was smashed up and I had to fix my own sink and I been waiting to patch a hole in my wall because I had to fix a air conditioning problem Because of the vent was not clean so I had to clean it myself and I asked them to clean it and they never came out to clean it and so I had to clean it myself and when I went to put it back together anyway I put a work order in they never came out. They said it’s not a problem and a squirrel put a big hole in our bathroom and they said that was not a problem but they came in my apartment without my permission. I did not put a work order in when they happen. They just came in to my apartment without my permission, so they do come into your apartment without your permission w and our apartment has not been sprayed since last June so do not rent from this Thank you. Have a nice day."

"The place is a slum. The rent is outrageous and the "updates" are literally the cheapest junk they could find and paint over the dust on the air vents. There were literally q-tips painted onto the bathroom wall! Not to mention the property manager thinks she's everyone's boss and constantly walks around threatening the entire complex with eviction. Broken beer bottles adorn the parking lot and the dumpsters are constantly overflowing. AND the laundry room has zero AC when the washers and dryers are even working. Oh, and your kids may find drugs laying on the ground by the office. Mine did and ended up being carried away in an ambulance. The property manager couldn't be bothered to pull that up on the many cameras around the office but by God, she'll look you up on camera for leaving your laundry in a dryer too long. The place is a parody of a bad joke. Take your money elsewhere."
