"I have had problems with my refrigerator freezing food in the refrigerator section for over a month. They finally swapped it out for one that is doing the same thing. They don't care that I have lost eggs, yogurt, milk and other food. The manager said I would just buy some more. No offer to replace any of it. Whirlpool should have been called out by now. It seems no one can fix the problem, since others have the same problem! We have had bedbugs here and management NEVER informed the residents of it. We had to hear about it from each other. They won't even treat the common areas or the whole building. I decree and declare that what you are doing to us will come back to you and your family members 100 times worse, in the Name of Jesus!!!"
"4 weeks ago I alerted management that I see bedbugs in my apt. It has since been discovered that the tenants below me have an infestation of bedbugs that they brought with them from previous dwelling 3 years ago. The bedbugs are now present in other parts of the building; community room, hallways.ect. I am scheduled for for treatment Tuesday after much pulling of teeth but the entire blding needs treatment at this point and management is trying to pass the cost of treatments to the tenents not responsible for bringing the bedbugs. The lease states primary tenents who has the original infestation may be responsible not the tenants who's dwellings were spread to. The Property Manager has advised other tenants that if they cannot pay the $440 to $750 then their apartments will not be treated. What kind of company will leave seniors to live with bedbugs in an untreated apartment. You be the judge whether this is the kind of place you want to live. I recently renewed my lease before all of this. However this is my last year here. I will be moving. This has been a nightmare. The below pics are just a few. I have so much more.."
"No outside personal space, very few windows and almost no storage in the apartments. 100% canned air."
