"We've have been living at the MillStone for almost 3 years. We love it! The location convenient to the UWG, WGTC, and all the stores. It is a very quiet and beautiful place to live. Highly recommend!"
"We’ve been living in Millstone for over two years. It’s a really nice community and very reasonable rent. We really like our townhome. I like that the complex is gated. The pool is small but clean. The apartment manager Megan is awesome! She always handles any maintenance requests or issues quickly. Check out my drone shot of the complex!"
"I’ve been living here three years and not once I had an issue with my unit nor the management. This place is gated, very safe and peaceful. They really keep this place clean even in the fall when leaves are all over the place. Landscaping is done routinely as well as pest control and quarterly inspections inside the units. I wouldn’t find any other place better than this one."
"I moved into a 1 bedroom apt in January and I have been enjoying my new apt! The new management has made some nice improvements to the property since I’ve been here. Originally there was no fence around the property even tho there was a gate to get in with a car which didn’t really make much sense but that is now solved. The parking lot now has a fresh coat and the volleyball court has new sand! Management has been very nice and very professional!"
"I lived in Millstone Townhomes for a total of 4 years. The landlord Julia is awesome. She is very responsive when issues arise and does her best to get them fixed ASAP. I loved the gated community and the pool that is small but also never busy! This is definitely the best place to live in Carrollton, plus it's VERY affordable :)"
