"It's an okay property. The shower and pipes are very old so it's rusty and mildew is growing in the bathroom. The tile and carpet needs to be replaced and is coming up. My air was fixed three times and it's still blowing hot. Waterbugs waterbugs waterbugs! Always seem to get in my house because of the crack under the door that still hasn't been sealed after 11 months of living here."
