"Terrible experiment with the management. Maintenance request has never been helpful when needed. Maintenance guys did something on the upper floor causing a huge leak on top of my unit's kitchen area. Later, they tore it apart and left it there for almost 3 months. I have no idea if they would ever fix it after I leave. Don't spend your time and money here if you don't want something like this. Even worse than my last apartment complex. At least those people care about your complains."
"I have lived here since March 2021 and there have been multiple management companies since I’ve lived here. The new management company (Cardinal) seems to be doing a whole lot better than the previous ones. However, they are still extremely disorganized. I’m a pretty easy going person and I can handle quite a bit. Most recently though, they needed to come into my apartment to get Servpro in there to take out drywall to see where water damage was and to remedy it. Cool, fine, they took out the drywall in all of bathrooms where needed. They took out a piece that the curtain rod for the shower is connected. I haven’t been able to shower for a week and a half. For the past few days I’ve been trying to talk to the property management people, one guy said he’d contact maintenance to see if there was any parts and if not they’d go pick one up the next day and install it. The day after the next day I still didn’t have a curtain rod for my shower. Only positive things about this place is how nice the employees at the front desk are, and how amazing the maintenance team is! This company is trying as much as it doesn’t look like it…stuff happens right?"
