"I have lived here for (2) years now. It is a safe place and well kept and nice overall curb appeal. Maintenance is always fast and prompt with any repairs. Staff is friendly. I recommend Elements of Chattanooga."

"Can you give a zero ? Towing your own on time paying tenants for parking one inch into another space. Hiring a predatory towing company that has to change their name every year to stay in business because of F rated practices. Shame on you. I'm embarrassed that I have family living in your community. Your parking lot is so poorly maintained and the lines are so undefined that you really shouldn't be enforcing spaces at all. Fix this mess and then try to get smart with me. RYAN !!! Ryan is the rude property manager. Avoid this place like the plague."

"The only thing good about these apartments is the pool! Even though half the time when it’s being maintained it takes weeks to get cleaned! The manager has always been rude to us and we are on our way out of the apartments. We have been there 2 1/2 years but we had a functioning stove for about 6 months and they take a look at it and never go back to see it after multiple service requests! The complex is very quite but your car must be locked at night or else people will go into your car to sleep inside! Every once in a while there will be some sudden bursts of crime as well!"

"I have resided at Elements since November 2001, but will be leaving to accept a job out of state. There have been two other management companies in that time, but the current one, Elmington, has been the best. I will miss our manager Ryan and the leasing and maintenance staff here, especially James whom I've know for many years. It's quiet here, the maintenance staff are always responsive as are the office/leasing staff if I have a need. I can only hope my new apartment will be as quiet, well kept, and with such great staff as Elements has. I hope the fact that I've been here 21 1/2 years will lend credence to my review. Guys, I will miss you! When I come back to visit, I'll pop in and say howdy!"

"Really have enjoyed living here. They keep the common areas clean, the pool maintained, and the grounds clear of trash and in good condition. The maintenance is always quick to repair any appliances or damages in the units. The staff is friendly and willing to work with you, especially the manager, Ryan. He is such a good and friendly manager! Overall, my wife and I have had little to no complaints and pay a very fair price for our updated and nice 2 bedroom apartment."
