"I sat down with the Manager Amanda on Jan 19 to talk about my Moms refrigerator being fixed. My Mom never complains about anything. Amanda said she will get right on this. Well it’s been a month and a half and still not fixed. I called the property today and spoke with Amanda. I asked her when this work order will be completed. She said they have been busy and haven’t had time. With an RUDE attitude, she asked me if I WANTED TO COME FIX IT? I told her that I was living out of state. I told her that I would call her corporate office and she said GO AHEAD and hung up on me. My Mom pays rent every month on time. It takes maybe 5 mins to spray the rusty side of a refrigerator. I’m in Property Management and this Manager is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. She doesn’t care about her Residents. I talked to several residents while I was visiting there and they said they can’t get any issues with their apartments taken care of. I don’t think the Manager is educated on Fair Housing and Property Management."
