"I don't like to give one star reviews but this experience was so bad I hope it helps others find a reputable electrician. We are an elderly retired couple who trust people that are recommended to us. It took almost 2 weeks for Hewett to call us back. Hewett came out to replace our attic fan motor. The technician had a new motor that would not fit in the housing so Mr. Hewett, who was not there, told him by phone to go to Home Depot to find a way to "rig" a way to make it work. I found out and told them no way. I couldn't believe how shoddy and unprofessional this was.. He then ordered the correct motor and installed it. We were gouged on price. I had another electrician verify this. We were charged $715 to replace parts costing under $125 and a sheet of plywood for their ladder to reach the motor. We never demanded when it be done. He chose the date and time. Looking back I should have sought a second quote. In the end he reduced it by $15 to $700. WOW. There is no VALID excuse that would justify his unprofessionalism and price gouging. If you have a repair and want a fair price and professional work call someone else and don't trust this young man."
