"Lol! I love living here! Lots of college kids, but it's surprisingly quiet and the landlords are awesome. Maintenance guys are quick to respond and always early! I have no complaints and would definitely recommend!"
"Very nice apartment s and the rent is reasonable for the area they are in and the number of bedrooms they have."
"I lived in Ladiga Hills for two years after the 2018 tornadoes. When we signed our lease, they were leased through Taylor Real Estate. The apartments themselves are pretty nice, spacious enough, and have washer/dryer hookups. However, some of the construction on the apartments were obviously cheap. For example, the cabinets are not secured to the wall, they're just held on with screws to the wall. A lot of the damage to the units wasn't really dealt with tenant to tenant. Doors still had fist holes, etc. Then, December of 2018, management changed and our leases went under Lee Paterson properties. After that, a lot of things went downhill. We weren't notified about any construction being started on our apartments, they just started tearing down the patio porches and removing the patio doors whether anyone was home or not. Maintenance and construction workers were coming in and out of everyone's apartments and had no regard for the tenants' safety or our property. They even changed our front door locks while no one was home with no warning and left the new key in the lock outside for anyone to enter our apartment. In all, construction on our unit alone lasted from late November into February when it shouldn't have taken more than two weeks, maybe a single month. Our lease was supposed to end the 31st, yet maintenance came in two days early and started work on repairs while we were still in the unit because a new tenant was lined up two days after the end of our lease. Over all, the apartments were worth the rate of $510 we started off paying. They were good to live in, it was just the change in management and the lack of communication that dampened my experience. If you were lucky enough to have quiet neighbors (we weren't for the second year), these apartments are worth it for the location and the amenities."
