"Don’t get your uhaul here!!! I tried to avoid it and book somewhere with great reviews but my reservation got kicked here. They weren’t even open on my reservation day and left everything in a lock box with no information about it. They also removed the dolly from our order without notifying us. So I had to use the uhaul app to get the truck and through their own issues, it ended up not being possible. A waste of time. They need to fix this or remove themselves as an option from uhaul."
