"These guys pride themselves on being honest and they aren't kidding. We had Mr. Troy S come out to our property and assist us in assessing some issues we were having with our water pressure as well as some hammer noises coming from our toilets. He was thorough in looking at our problem and was very patient with me when I asked questions. Troy even went as far as to show me how to do a couple of things myself so that I could save a few bucks in the future. I also wanted to shout out Amanda who helped me schedule my appointment. She was really nice and very patient. She really made me feel heard and even gave me a callback to try and get more information on my problem. They really took their time to plan out the most effective places to cut holes in the drywall and minimize the damage. Their staff was very courteous, professional, and friendly. They contracted with a great team that patched up our drywall and I can't even tell where the holes once were. Highly recommended!"
