"I left a review a year ago but the only thing I see are my photos (the blue house)! This company ruined my house and I had to search for 4 months for someone to come and fix what Quick n Perfect did to my home! My home looked horrible because of the caulk they put all over my home using unskilled workers. My HOA wanted to fine me because they left my house in such a horrible state! The pictures of my home were attached to a negative review and i don’t appreciate having my pics used as if QNP didn’t cost me money and additional work to remove the globs of caulk that unskilled young men put all over my home. It was an embarrassing, 4-month-long nightmare! They were late, unprofessional, rude, and unwilling to fix their mess! If your going to use my pictures, then keep my negative review posted! Worst ever!"

"The team came out to repair our front steps that had rotting wood. They arrived first thing that morning and, upon disassembling the stairs, discovered that we had a custom angle and they were going to have to either order the correct angle of wood or cut it themselves. My family had plans that day and we left shortly after they arrived. Instead of ordering the pre-cut pieces and having to wait, they went to the local Lowe's, purchased planks and cut the angles so they could go ahead and complete the job. When we returned home the stairs were completed, solid as a rock and look perfect. You can't even tell anything was done and we are very satisfied. The crew was great! Excellent work guys!"

"Has no showed/no called twice. One time they even claimed they came and no one was home. It was NIGHT! Everyone was there! Beyond ridiculous! I want even start on trying to get a callback….. ETA to their response: Please send the pictures and messages because I have not seen one shred of evidence stating otherwise. Also, you could have called me directly ANYTIME, even when you knew you could not make it. Yes, I did ask to be rescheduled after TWO NO SHOWS. So yes extremely inconvenient! You still haven't responded to that request from earlier this week! I was never "unavailable" because you never called ME to ask when I was available! I received automatic days/times each time. I'm not supposed to work around your schedule after I've been present twice for no one to show up. It's frustrating you've taken more time to respond to my review than you have to speak to me directly or property owners. Each time they've called they told me they could not reach you. I have no issue editing my review once you make this right or you let the property manager know you cannot complete the job so they can give it to another vendor."

"zero communication. worst experience i’ve ever had. they showed up 4 hours late to take measurements, told me i would hear back in 48-72 hours on a quote. that was 3 weeks ago and they haven’t taken my calls since. extremely unprofessional, unresponsive, i don’t even know how they’re in business."
