"This place has tenants living with mold in the apartment and water leaks leaving carpet and hardwood wet. Maintenance said it’s not mold well see picture below. People die or have health issues due to this. Guess they don’t care"

"Just moved in. Pretty easy process. I like it so far. 2 super small things weren't right when we moved in. We sent a maintenance request and Trey, the maintenance guy, was over the same day. He called before he came over, and he knocked em out quick. He was awesome."

"After moving in things inside the apartment started just falling apart. Doors fall off hinges, shower trim coming off, walls half painted, water leaks started staining walls, kitchen drawers falling apart, and every winter our heat has went out. This year our heat went out and has been out for 2 weeks… sadly, that’s the remainder of our time here that we have to be cold without heat while still expected to pay a whole months worth of money for 8 days. Our first night was the coldest without heat and was not brought a space heater like the apartment manager lady said she’d bring one. It got down to 62° inside that night and because of it me and my son got badly sick. They want $1,300 a month for things to not be updated or fixed properly. The situation in the parking lot is unsafe considering there’s car break ins all the time and not enough parking at all. One thing I will say, they will work with you on payments if things pop up in life and that’s a plus. Desiree is super nice and courteous."

"I wouldn’t recommend to anyone honestly. I was harassed by management. They stuck notes on my door blaming me for things I didn’t do . Maintenance entered my home whenever they wanted and worked on things while I slept when I specifically asked them not to do that . My sink was messed up for 6 months straight so I don’t understand why maintenance was always there if nothing was being fixed and they didn’t think to fix it until I moved . The roaches are pretty bad , paint job is terrible . Floors are TERRIBLE . They look nice but they come up easily . Bathtub was painted over so it just chipped over time . Maintenance would go and tell management about my home and it wasn’t the way “they wanted it “ no one should tell you how to have your home ! Desiree is Horrible very unprofessional and rude ! Everyone in office knew my business they gossip about you drag your name through the ground . Management was always in my business. Accusing me of having others staying in my home so they did a search in my home while I was sleeping I just got fed up and moved . There is no privacy . If you’re young and black I don’t recommend. If you have kids I don’t recommend. The rent is way too high to have roaches and cheap renovation ."

"I have lived in Riverview North Apartments for almost two years, and my experience with maintenance requests hasn’t always been the best – until recently. Before the new management team took over, we would have to make several calls to the office to follow up on maintenance requests submitted online. One particularly urgent request we made went unresolved for over two months – so long that we stopped calling the office to follow up. Randomly, the new maintenance supervisor, Trey, stopped by my apartment one day to follow up on that urgent maintenance request the previous management team left unresolved. I was so happy he did. I found out that the soft spots on my kitchen floor were from a leak under my dishwasher that wasn’t fixed before we moved in. Half of the kitchen floor had to be ripped up and replaced. When I saw the condition of the wood underneath the laminate, I knew the floor in front of my kitchen counter would have given out any day had he not come by when he did. When Trey saw that the damage was worse than he thought, he was extremely apologetic even though it wasn’t his fault. The current management team had never encountered an issue like this before, so they didn’t even have contractors ready to repair the hole in my kitchen floor. I was told I would have to wait while they found a company to do the work and that I may have to vacate the apartment while the repairs were completed. But the following morning, Trey and Brian showed up at my door to fix the floor themselves. They covered the hole with new wood, and Trey even had me watch him test it out so that I knew it was secure. I know this repair was well outside of his job description, but he made it his mission to make sure the job was done and done right. Trey was polite and professional, and he kept me updated every step of the way. I had a new floor and a new dishwasher installed in three days. Thank you so much to Trey and the new management team for resolving this issue so quickly and in a way that didn’t require us to leave our home."
