"I found the management to be very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help me in any way possible with anything I requested right away. I also found the residents to be quieter than I expected and even courteous. The on;y noise issue was a car horn that went off when ever, but the management was right on top of the problem and took care of that right away."
"Older apts but ok for the price. Also the company is great with working with people in need of help, when your behind on rent. Just communicate and try to get it knocked down. I have had a good experience . Its pretty quiet and nice neighbors. Police on site is a plus for me. Haven't heard of any break ins and I been here for a little over a year."
"Living here for over a year and loving it! I intend to stay here for years to come. The apartment complex and surrounding community are diverse in people, places and more! The bus stops in front of the community, too. Older but well maintained. Affordable. Safe. Great staff (office and maintenance)."
"Don't let the polished photos of this dump fool you.I went there and the carpet in the apt. lobby and so called clubhouse was filthy and smelled like someone puked on t which they probably did.Also i paid a whopping $50 dollars to apply for an apt. this lying told me was available.When i asked her about noise in the apt. she was very rude and told me that when people pay their rent they can keep how much noise they want.I said i disagree.Next thing i know a few days later i called about my application and she claimed she couldn't reach me by phone but wanted me to know that the apt. was already rented.However it just so happened there are more apts. available but i have to wait a few months.She has the most deceitful face and did this on purpose just because i told her i would not tolerate any excessive noise if i lived there.With all respect to women reading this review i have to call this woman a B...H in capital letters.They should be sued for making this dump look decent online.Shame on them."
