I moved in last week, and as a property owner / landlord myself, I have high standards, and had a list for maintenance when I got here. Weston from the maintenance team has been to my apartment multiple times, very prompt when issues arise, and very pleasant to talk with and professional. I've only lived here one week, but so far the management team has been exceptional! Price is right, too."

"I lived there for a few years while i built up my credit and to be honest the apartment are super old and outdated for the prices. I moved to a townhome style apartment that was 2 bed and 1 bathroom in signal mt area and it has over 1400sq ft and cost 200 dollars cheaper then the one bedroom 600 sq ft they have. I also don't have to hear my neighbors all day and smell what they had for dinner. I also can leave a package on a my patio for weeks and it never gets stolen vs at hidden creek that puppy would be stolen in a hour. It's way to over priced for the quality. You can find more updated apartments for the same price if not less."

"Public Urination, Pot Smoke coming up EVERY DAY, through the vents on Easter and Mother's Day. Wake up to my car being hit 2 times and No Security cameras! Old people passed out on the stairs. Overdose around Christmas and pulled his Body out. Spray painting on the walls. Now newly Painted!?! The Rent Keeps going up! One Month it was over $200. And if you leave, you might as well expect to pay another Rent even if you didn't leave a Security Deposit. I was there for a Long time! One of the Best Tenants. Every Day...Pot Smoke, Public Urination , Passed out Old People on the steps when your Family is coming for the Holidays. And when you Leave, you might as well expect to pay 2 Rents. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! THEY WILL MAKE MONEY OFF OF YOU! YOU WILL NOT BE HAPPY And YOU WILL PAY MORE MONEY ON THE WAY OUT!!! .....1 Star.....Pool Is Nice and the Maintenance was Always Better than the Management!!!"

"I called in to see about pricing for a roommate and myself. Ashleigh was so respectful and professional over the phone that I knew I would need to visit. When we arrived , the whole team was super helpful and generous. Heather and Amanda were all smiles when we walked in and Jada and Ashleigh helped set us up for tours. We didn’t end up going with the apartments, however it seems that maa management is there for its residents and potential residents and should be announced to everyone thinking of renting at Hidden Creek."
