I went on Google maps, looked up florist, and picked a close local shop which happened to be Artistic Floral Design & Gifts. I placed the order online, which was easy, and chose the option to let the florist design the bouquets on their own. WOW! These are stunning, breathtaking even! My two colleagues were blown away with how gorgeous these arrangements are, and my big boss was highly impressed. She even gave me a high five because I chose a good shop. You can tell these are fresh, quality flowers. They have a nice perfume throw, very fragrant, and the rims of the flowers are not brown or creased at all. They are near immaculate. "I wasn’t going to give a bad review, but after messaging the place directly and having them read my message and not respond anything, I am going to. I ordered a small bouquet for my brother. The most important thing I asked was if they had paper to wrap the flowers instead of plastic, because I try to avoid it anywhere I can and the woman said they could do that. I told the lady that took the order I didn’t want any bright colors and just a neutral pallet. She said everything was great and charged my card $38. I arrived and the lady at the desk found out it was for an FSU graduation and ran to the back and changed the boquet completely, to what I did not want. I repeatedly yelled into the back that I didn’t need FSU colors but was ignored. They brought them out and the boquet was full of yellow, orange, and purple and was wrapped in plastic which was my number one request, no plastic. I didn’t have time for them to remake it, and simply told the lady this is not anything what I wanted and all she said in response is, “well that is a masculine boquet”. Then I messaged them about the experience on Facebook and see that they saw my message, yet chose not to respond… very poor professionalism."
