"Unfortunately, my experience was not a great one at all. I live in Phoenix, Arizona and ordered a floral arrangement on 01/03 to be delivered on 01/05 locally in Tallahassee, Florida. I contacted the Tillman funeral home on 01/04 and was told that they never received my arrangement on the day of the wake. I then reached out to their (The Country Flower Shop's) listed number and left several voicemails without response and called again several times on 01/08 to no avail. Again, I only used them due to their google reviews, but at this time I must give my honest opinion on this experience. Hopefully, nobody else must deal with anything like this."

"I am unsatisfied with my experience with this shop. To make fiance's life easier due to some difficult personal things going on in our lives, he purchased his flower delivery with an online flower website. This vendor was chosen to provide flowers to me on behalf of the company. The arrangement that was to be delivered to me was to be the online websites version of extra large. It did not match up to what was expected. I called the shop to explain the situation and their response was to blame the website, claim that the pictures are misleading on the website and further more exasperatedly started telling me that we should order flowers directly through the shop and started complaining about how much less they make for the arrangement when it comes from the website. While I completely understand their point and we generally purchase locally, it felt unprofessional and I felt unheard. It feels as if they made up for the lesser amount they were getting paid in the lesser flowers provided to me. And further more, if they had issues with the amount of money they make on the order, it feels like that is something they should take up with the company contracting them or not do business with that company. This experience has made me never want to use them when we use a local florist for our next delivery."

"Where is the option to post pictures in your review? I need to show the public the different between what I thought I ordered for $250!!!! And the cheap $40 Publix flowers I got. What a joke, I am so mad. Forget, disappointed. I’m just mad. Also I wrote a completely different personalized message that was supposed to go on the card, and it just says “congratulations on your new job”. That’s not what I wrote at all."
