"I have lived here for 4 years. Never had a problem with management or maintenance! I love it here. Good neighborhood. Your within Catoosa county limits so low crime rate- schools are all outstanding!! It’s a great place to live. Very family oriented."
"Called multiple times about my air conditioning being out for 2 days without even a call back or no maintenance person coming out to fix it. There is never anyone in the office during their operating hours and they never answer the phone."
"I wouldn't rent here. I lived here for 1 year and in that time we've had 4 to 5 new managers. No one is ever in the office nor do they return your calls. I had to email corporate to get the on-site manager to respond. We didn't have a maintenance person for several months. The pest control guy said he wasn't able to treat apartments because no one was on site to let him in the apts. So he would have to wait for tenants to come home in order to treat their apt. Although the manager was in the office she just wasn't answering the door. When we did get new maintenance people no one told us and they were lazy. I had an issue with my shower the guy walked in didn't even look at it and told me to contact the city of Ringgold. My son fixed the issue. Those maintenance people were no longer there when I moved they didn't have any maintenance people. The on-site management is rude and they will tell you anything just to get rid of you. A one bedroom is $599 those apts are not worth it. Some of people they started to rent to let their kids run around screaming all hours of the night. Some of the tenants with dogs don't pick up their poop or take their dogs to the back of the building. Some of tenants had visitors that would block or park in tenants parking spots. I had a delivery that was stolen. I wouldn't recommend renting here. Corporate does respond but on-site management is horrible."
"Neighbors are rude and don’t pick up their dog poop. If you aren’t from the area and haven’t lived there for years, they don’t want you there, will leave you notes on your door telling you so. Office management is also horrible. Lisa (maneger) is super rude and hard to get ahold of when you need anything. To get my security deposit back I had to call them 4 times (during posted office hours when she is supposed to be there) requesting to be called back and discuss it, no one returned my calls. Showed up twice during a time when she is supposed to be in office, still not there. Then had to call the corporate office twice with no call backs, finally got through after my 3rd email to corporate office. Only to have Lisa finally call me back screaming at me. They do not deposit the rent checks on time and try to fine you for a late check if you do not pay online. Then they deposited a neighbors check twice and refused to give her a refund, insisting she could only use it towards the next months rent. I was a quiet tenant with little to no interaction with my neighbors, aside from the treats left on my door. The only good part of this complex is the maintenance man, very polite and helpful, is totally overworked. But still very nice and always friendly to me and my dogs. Do NOT rent here."
"Moved here Aug. 2016. I live in a spacious one bedroom. Nice closet in bedroom. Clean. This is the quietist apartment complex i have ever lived in. Great location. I walk to the nature park, the high school, post office and downtown Main street. You can have up to two pets with a pet deposit. Lisa Smith manages these apartments. She is wonderful as is her assistant, Bethany. Every single maintenance request has been addressed immediately. The only downside is parking is limited, although you do have a numbered assigned spot for one vehicle. Everyone does use their own spot so no problem if you only have one car. No back door in your apartment so you only have the front door. No patio or deck which is kinda a bummer if you enjoy being outside. There is a nice grassy area for pet walk and they even furnish waste bags for clean up, which is mandatory. Keeps the lawn area safe and diseases kept down. Lawn service and garbage is included in rent. Highly recommend the apartments if you are looking for a good, quiet place to call home."
