Maintenance has always been efficient with problems, the staff at GSH has always answered any of our questions and has always sent out announcements in a reasonable timely manner. We love using GSH."

"Only thing not making this a 1 star is one lady in office who was ready to get us in a place. The owners don't respect ADA laws. And don't believe anything you hear over the phone. Get it in writing or they'll screw you over and you'll be out $$$. This is just a heads up."

"You know a company is just trash when a -judge- in -court- calls them shady. When they took over from the previous landlord they upped the rent from 550, initially to 700, but now they have raised it to 900 (in less than a year). My family is mostly disabled and we could not afford the incline of rent, but - and I wish I was lying about this - they tried to charge us -double- what we owed in back rent when we left. Which is where I get the shady comment from the judge from. The judge's direct words were 'shady,' 'unethical' and 'unprofessional.' Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for somewhere to live."

"As a current tenant, that that has lived under the old management/ownership and now under the new management/ownership, I can honestly say that things have changed around the area and the ladies in the office are working their butts off to make these apartments exactly what you want in a neighborhood. I just signed a lease to stay here another year. 3rd year. 1st with them and I'm already more comfortable renting from them. They're absolutely the nicest people and will do everything they can to take care of you."

"They are truly awful people to rent from. I could not live in my apartment all summer long because of the mold that grew on everything because of the moisture in the air from the AC. I'm allergic and the only fix they offered was to wipe the mold off of the things it was growing on. Had to throw out a lot of my things that couldn't be cleaned. Most of the neighbors are thieves, my daughters brand new bike was taken within a week of being on the property. I've had drugged out creeps beat on my door multiple times. If you have ANY OTHER OPTION, do not rent from this place. And keep good records of your payments. I was told I was nearly 2,000 dollars behind at one point by their office girl Yesica. She was forcing me to sign a payment plan that was more than I made weekly at the time and said if I didn't sign it she would evict me. I had to refuse to do so and force her to call her boss back to the office, he quickly discovered I only owed $89. I promise you. there's better places out there to rent and I can not wait until March, to leave this AWFUL PLACE."
