"Inexperienced property manager. Very nice apartments but needs some serious updates on the inside. Problems with mildew & mold. Forget taking issues up with Boyd Management they are rude, disrespectful. will Tell you if you don't like it leave. The worst part is no privacy. They do monthly inspections."
