Boynton Terrace Apartments

Boynton Terrace Apartments is a part of the Chattanooga Housing Authority, located at 955 Boynton Drive in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Our organization has been providing public housing and urban development programs to residents in Chattanooga and Hamilton County since 1938. Our seven-member Board of Commissioners, appointed by the Mayor of Chattanooga, oversees our operations. The Executive Director serves as Secretary to the Board and is responsible for the agency.

We are currently working on a project called Westside Evolves, for which the City of Chattanooga will be requesting funds from the Department of Housing and Urban Development. This project includes a planning process that looks at the historical community, survey results, and future outcomes.
