"I called this business for 2 hours no answer, so I decided to walk, it is literally a 5 min walk from my job only to be told on the day before valentines day, that they were no longer taking deliveries for valentines day, even to a building that they can actually see from their parking lot.needless to say I'm now looking for my third florist. A regular customer can't get a delivery and they actually have to pass my building to make any deliveries north of town. I'll take my business elsewhere."

"My husband ordered some flowers for an early Mother's Day gift. The bouquet was delivered to my office today. He ordered the premium size, and it was only 12 inches tall... and that included the vase! Total cost was $96. I was very disappointed. The last couple of orders have been very nice. These were small and looked like it should cost around $40. ***UPDATE*** The owner contacted my husband and refunded the full amount after seeing the review. She apologized and said it was not to their standards. We appreciate that very much. She saw the picture I posted and wanted to make it right. Good business!!!"
