"I went in on 05/10/2022 at 1:30 actually about a minute or two late for an interview and was told by the cashier the manager Brown was at the bank... My point is why schedule an interview when you know you wasn't gonna be there upon the customer arrival! She wasted my time and played games when she could had an really good dependable as well as honest cashier very disappointed nah wat."
"This is the WORST Family Dollar I have ever been to. The Store Manager Kristin Peeples (Rocky) on the name tag was very disrespectful and rude. Spit pellets were flying put of her mouth while she loud talk qbout a defected item they sold to me. She yelled at me stating we DO NOT TAKE ANY ELECTRONICS BACK W/O RECEIPT. I explained to her it was a gift and there was no receipt given. The item i bought was a Emerson Bluetooth speaker box that does not charge. I also asked her do they explain this policy to paying customer because us a customer's DO NOT KNOW OF IT'S NOT TOLD TO US. SO YES I WAS DEPRIVED OF MY OPTIONS. She did not have a answer she said all I know is no receipt no exchange...Wow I'm lost for words. FYI please explain all policies when customer's are making a purchase. If I would've known that I would NEVER purchased the speaker I would've went to Wal-Mart. Kristin was Very rude and DISRESPECTFUL. I've also contacted the corporate office also advised them to look at their reviews for this location. Never have bags, boxes all over the placw which is a safety hazard...Just Pitiful"
