"I ordered an edible arrangement gift (same day) for a friend that was having an awful day. I needed it delivered before 4pm. I called the store and they made it happen! They went above and beyond to make sure it got there. Thank you so much! They even text me a picture of it before it went out and called me to make sure it got there. 10 star service. Highly recommend."

"Had a problem with the order so I called to get it fixed. I was met with hostility and complete disrespect. The individual I spoke with name is “Raj” who couldn’t answer a single question. Raj could only yell into the phone consistently about proof of delivery. It doesn’t help that I couldn’t understand a word of English from this person. This business is a complete scam and refuses to help or make it right. I was a first time customer here and wish I read the reviews before ordering. Based on the conversation -At this point I’m just hoping their hands were washed when they made the food."

"Terrible experience take your business elsewhere! I visited this establishment today looking to order something for my wife for Valentine's day. I wanted to surprise her at work, and have it delivered to her job on VALENTINE'S DAY! (This was clearly stated to the lady working the register) Anyway, not only did this location spoil the surprise by sending text message updates about the Edible arrangement delivery to my wife. They also made the delivery today 2/13/24 via Uber. Which is obviously not Valentine's Day. Once I got home from work, I called to express my displeasure about the delivery date. Nothing but "I'm Sorry" was offered in return. GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION!"

"Do not order from this location unless you want to be disappointed! There must be new ownership because the owners I dealt with in the past were way nicer and professional. I paid $121 for an arrangement and what I received is not the quality I’m used to. I called the store and spoke with the manager and requested that they remake the arrangement or give me a refund so I can purchase it from a different location. I order from edible arrangements all the time so I know what the quality should be. Instead of listening to my concerns she started yelling at me about how the fruit is prepared fresh every morning and talking over me when I tried to explain the issue I was having. Then she was bickering to a man in the background, super unprofessional. Also that’s not what my issue was. My issue was that I ordered a mixed fruit box but only received strawberries. And to top it of they were not all ripe and whoever dipped them did a sloppy job. Also I paid for a large arrangement for the confetti arrangement I ordered and instead received the smallest strawberries. I couldn’t understand what the manager was saying so I asked if she could repeat what she said. She then hung up on me. Very unprofessional and I will not ever go to this location again. I love dipped fruit and giving them as gifts. I will go to a different location next time or just get sherries berries as I’ve had no issues with them."
