"I was sent a chocolte strawberry bouquet on my birthday Thursday from the Satellite Blvd. Location in Duluth, GA. I noticed the package looked like the chocolate was sweating, I just immediately put in the fridge. I opened pkg yesterday and took a strawberry to eat, it was spoiled! I have gotten a few edible arrangements and they are good to last at least a week, I usually freeze if I need to keep longer. I called the location and got a fast busy signal, I saw there were 2 other locations listed on the delivery card ( John's Creek and Jonesboro). I called the John's Creek location, I spoke with someone and told them what happened, she said someone would call me back. I received a call from the number with the fast busy and the lady on the line said she was the owner, she proceeded to tell me they only guarantee them for 24 hours. I told her thank you and I would never shop at her locations again and will tell any and all I know that they sell inferior, old fruit at a high dollar$$$. She could care less. So here is my review, shop where your money is appreciated, Edible Arrangements on Satellite Blvd in Duluth will never get another penny from me or anyone else I know!"

"This Edible arrangements location was very friendly and helpful. The fruit and mini cheese cakes were a delight and very fresh. I ordered for my co-workers Birthday and she was pleased and very happy with her gifts. I would recommend this location to all customers. They went above and beyond for service that's hard to find lately."

"2 Stars is just because of the colors. This was delivered as a gift from out of town family. The strawberries were overripe and watery. The other fruit wasn't tasteful. Only order these kind of fruit arrangements if you just want something that looks different, but don't care how it tastes. I left a message for the manager, but never received a return call."

"I ordered for a Birthday Delivery at 10:20AM for same day delivery.... It is Now 05:00pm on the day of delivery and no delivery has happened yet!! Such a let down for a surprise Birthday Gift. Money well wasted!! I will never do business with you again!! Oh Thanks for the Reply however the story gets better.... Wrong delivery made!! I was supposed to have Rainbow and Butterflies with Happy Birthday Balloon but my Friend received someones order of Choc covered strawberries and a cheesecake.... had no idea who sent it! Not a pleasant experience. Waiting on my refund as promised, we shall see if it happens. Before you replied you should have looked up the order for details because it does not make you look any better."
